We expect our models to be professional, ethical, reliable and ambitious. We don’t flake. We keep our commitments. We ask questions when we’re not sure. And we try our best to communicate effectively.
Sounds simple enough. But these qualities are extremely difficult to find in this day and age. And so we screen very carefully for them.
